    Your Role
    As our Senior Joinery Estimator, you'll:

    • Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and tenders for high-end joinery projects

    • Proficiency in Excel is required for preparing estimates

    • Work closely with designers, project managers, and the production team

    • Interpret drawings, specifications, and architectural details

    • Provide value engineering options and pricing insights

    • Help shape client proposals with clarity and confidence

    What You Bring

    • Proven experience in joinery estimation

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of joinery estimation experience is required

    • Strong understanding of materials, hardware, manufacturing methods, and industry standards

    • Excellent communication and detail orientation

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced but supportive environment

    DUTIES

    • Providing detailed budget estimate preparation/ quotes for joinery, which would include interior fit-out, loose furniture, etc for mainly high-end commercial and residential projects.

    • Working alongside our team, navigating design challenges and their effect on cost.

    • Assisting in the production process by ordering materials and providing material procurement sheets to related parties

    • Liaising with drafters, factory and clients and attending site surveys when required.

    • Building relationships with key vendors (designers, builders, suppliers, sub-trades, etc.)

    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

    • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field

    • Have a solid understanding and knowledge of joinery fabrication methods and material processes

    • Be comfortable working in a technical environment.

    • Be an articulate communicator and have an inquiring mind.

    • Being able to understand technical drawings is essential

    • Be organised and conscientious with a high level of quality control and attention to detail.

    • Have a strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers and subcontractors.

    • Be able to conduct research to obtain data on, materials, production times etc. Use our in-house software for data analysis and budgeting.

    • Have good excel skills
